We strive for a very distinct aesthetic here at Geraldine Magazine, so after reading our magazine and perusing the contents of our website, you feel that your vision aligns with ours, then we’d love to hear from you. Do you offer internships?

Where can I purchase a copy of the magazine in person? Do you have list of stockists?
Our magazine is available online and in store at select Anthropologie retailers in the Unites States, Canada, and the United Kingdom; nationwide at select BHLDN and Barnes & Noble retailers; and independent boutiques. How often is the magazine published?
Geraldine Magazine is printed twice per year.
How will I know whether or not my submission has been approved?
We receive a high volume of submissions and carefully curate those that we seek to publish. If you have not received a reply back after 3 weeks from the date of your submission, please go ahead and submit it to another publication.
I didn’t receive a purchase confirmation. Is that normal?
Once you complete your transaction, you should receive a purchase confirmation email from us. Please check your junk mail in case the email was accidentally filtered into that folder.
Do you provide international shipping? Can you ship to APO addresses, too?
Yes, we are able to ship internationally and to APO addresses. Please enter your country in the shipping tab and the rates will be calculated accordingly. APO addresses are shipped as domestic mail via USPS.
Can I complete my purchase with different shipping and billing addresses?
Yes. During the checkout process, please enter a different ship-to address.
I accidentally typed in the wrong shipping address. Can you help me?
We will certainly try our best! Immediately send an email to info[at]geraldinemagazine.com with the subject line: Shipping Address Error. In your email, please include your order information (first & last name, incorrect address, and the proper address where your order should be shipped) If the order has not yet shipped, we will make the change. If the order has already shipped, we will notify you accordingly.
How do you package the magazine for shipping?
Our magazine will be shipped in a sturdy Kraft double wall custom carton to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit. But we understand that accidents happen, so if your magazine arrives in a less than stellar condition, please contact us and we’ll be sure to make it right for you.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Order ship out every Tuesday & Thursday of the week. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. For all U.S. domestic orders, please allow 3-10 days for delivery. For international orders, please allow upwards of 2 weeks from the date your orders ships out.
Please note that we process all orders through an off-site fulfillment center that ships the magazine via our mail courier, the United States Postal Service (USPS); delivery can range anywhere from 3-10 days.
Please allow upwards of 2-4 weeks from the date your order ships out. International orders may be subject to import duties and customs taxes that are levied once the package reaches the border of the destination country. All incurred charges are the responsibility of the buyer; Geraldine assumes no responsibility over such charges and any questions should be directed to your local customs office.
